英会話もサボって、早々に家に帰り、ご飯を作っている時に寒気が襲ってきた。
これは発熱寸前か？
食欲もないし、ますますやばい。
風呂に入ってさっさと布団に。
30分くらい眠れなくって、左の手足が硬直というか、痺れのような感覚。
まさか・・・脳内出血！？
私、死んじゃうかも。
子どもたちに何か言い残した方がいいのかしら？
どうしよう・・・と、思いながら、いつの間にか寝ていたらしい。
今日は朝はちゃんと起きたものの、やっぱり、なんだかだるくて体が動かない。
会社に電話をかけて半休にしてもらい、また寝た。
合計13時間の睡眠。
大分復活。
出勤したのは午後2時半。
とりあえず、ノロでもインフルエンザでもなかったようで、よかったです。
